The "f" word

Ever want to yell the "F" word as loud as you can? Here goes... "Fun freaking tactic Friday!" if you are ready for the weekend, you may be looking for unique makeup combinations to stand out from the crowd. Reminiscent of Orlando sunsets, try it at Church StreetPointe Orlando, and Blue Martini. Paint the town fuchsia!

This look is somewhat similar to Easter Egg Swirl, but it is concurrent with Orlando makeup trends of playing it safe. Your personality can be exhibited through makeup without being uncomfortableUrban Decay Primer Potion was used to set the shadow, act as a base, and prevent creasing from natural oils, humidity, and sweat. Lime Crime is frequently used in this "column," because the shadows and lipsticks are highly pigmented and have increased wearability to suffer through Orlando's weather changes. Citrus Girl was applied generously to inner two thirds of top lids. Diva was applied generously to the outer third. Abracadabra was used as liner on lower lids with a hint of Citrus Girl in the inner corner. A thin layer of black eyeliner lined the outer two thirds of upper lids. Centrafuchsia was applied lightly to lips to provide a veil of color. Nymph eye shadow was dusted on the bow of the lips for added dimension. Mac Cosmetics Fuchsia blush was used on the cheekbones.

Fuchsia is a fun, bright color in line with spring fashion week trends. It is pink like Florida flamingos and vivid for Easter. Fuchsia typically works well with most skin tones. This look is fabulous for brown and hazel eyes and should not be restricted to only Easter.

Urban Decay cosmetics are available in Orlando at Ulta (Altamonte Mall, Winter Park Village, and across from the Florida Mall) and Sephora (Florida Mall). Lime Crime is not currently available in Orlando.
