Is the perfect red pout on its way out?

Beauty trends wave throughout time, but the classic red lip appears to be a staple.  However, this look can be overdone - especially around holidays and at parties.  Women can still have the perfect red toned pout but less bright and with more variation.  For winter holiday parties, try burgundy, wine, maroon, current, ruby or other jewel tone, brick, or cranberry or raspberry red lips.  For new years, try orange or pink based reds. There are a plethora of options.  To transform lipsticks, try dusting loose powder pigments or eyeshadows over the lips for depth, dimension, and kick.  Use glosses and mattes to enhance texture.  Florida is full of bright, perky colors, so be a leader - not a follower.
