A few reasons I will not purchase an Amazon Kindle or books through Kindle:
(1) I do not think there is an option to highlight text with different colors.
(2) I so not think there is a way to export the highlighted text to print.
(3) I have been spoiled by the Apple iPhone 4 retina display.
